Attached Link: Cascading JCMs explained (-ish)

Here's a link to my original (I think) explanation of the cascading JCMs (scroll down to the long post with the table).

First of all, I should note that I wasn't the first who came up with this technique. It's probably been re-invented over and over again through the years. Also, Antonia's knee has only 2 levels of JCMs now instead of 3, since I decided in favour of simplicity over accuracy.

If you can do ERC and you can do JCMs, you should be able to get this going. Let me know if there's anything that needs more 'splaining.
