That is why I asked which Poser. If it is Poser Pro, I have no ideas.
I never heard of this with Poser Pro, and I'm not going to be able to reproduce it even if I were willing to try by re-installing Poser Pro.
You should contact SM.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
