Hi Crescent. Are you sure that Vue Master choked? It can take a while, and Dan didn't really write anything into to let you know it's progress. It can appear to have crashed (according to ctrl+alt+del), while it's still working. Nevertheless, Vue 4 doesn't seem to have a problem with multiple Poser figures imported as .PZ3. But I say that carefully, because different peoples' different systems seem to be responding to the Poser import differently, with wildly varying results. Now, in Vue 3.1, I would import Poser figures as .OBJ. I have managed (with 128 MB RAM) to import a model as large as 80 MB, though it took a good while. If you're using Vue 3.1, I would export each figure from Poser separately as .OBJ and then make sure that in Vue the "resize and center objects"(File-Options) selection is unchecked, and then import them one at a time. That way, all the pisces will fall in exctly as they were when they left Poser, positioning, etc. You also might want to try to save each character in a scene as a PZ3 as well as .obj and then run each separately through VM, and import the resulting .OBJ files separately, again with the "resize..." option unckecked.
