If you don't have Poser to run cage's script you might want to try out 'MtMirror' by MASA
it is freeware here:- http://www.eurus.dti.ne.jp/~masasi/DOWNLOAD/other/index.htm

It is a standalone program andit works well so long as the mesh is welded. Since yours is a single group it should work.
