Well I've just finished my first render in it. I installed it in Windows 7 Professional. No content or legacy content yet, they're still downloading like molasses, but I blame my slow cable connection more than CP's servers. 1meg DL speeds suck but at the moment can't afford to upgrade my speed.

The library works perfectly on my system. I installed my PP2010 Content runtime on my content drive with the rest of my content. Linked all 30+ of my runtimes (I really wish they'd find a way to automate this process), and loaded a quick environment.

First impression? It's speedier than Poser 8 on my system because IDL calculation runs at 64bit speed! FANTASTIC! I'll post about the content when it finishes downloading in..... apparently 7 hours.
