I'm not hborre (sorry!) but I can't really see the problem. The files in your archive screenshot are in exactly the same folder that they should be in after you expand the archive. See attached screenshot (on my Mac, but it's the same structure).

Edit: I think all you need to do is expand the archive file into an existing Library folder (the level above the Runtime folder) making sure you select the option to use folder paths.
