majikart, I have taken a look at Plus3D's readme file for Selene Hair (typo in your OP), and if you scroll down, you will find the listing of folders where all the files should go.  The information is not cryptic but it can be a little confusing.  Look at your taskbar browser window in the screencap.  The file pathway clearly shows those files in the folder where they should be. 
To answer your original post, MT-SeleneHair and SeleneHair-M folders go independently within thr runtime folder.  Those are your morph targets; the Inj-Rem files in your pose folder will refer to them.
