Tried that, read my second comment, I have to get either Winrar or WinZip but in the meantime I have to find out where these 2 folders go.

That's incorrect; you don't need Winrar or WinZip. Any unzip program worth its salt asks you where you are extracting to. (I personally use Filzip, which is also free.)

The important thing to remember is not to extract to the runtime itself, but its containing folder. Otherwise your files will end up going one level deeper.
