[my emphasis] Hu!???    I thought that's what it did, "rotate the figures in synch, but in place"! 

You sure you didn't read the instructions standing on your head? 


It works like this. Load two figures. Parent the first to the 'Fig A_1' prop, parent the second to the 'Fig B_1' prop. Select the 'ROT x2_1' prop. Set the 'separation' dial to about 0.05, this will move the two figures apart. You can now use the 'Y Spin' dial to rotate both figures at once.

P.S. The tracking scale is a bit low, I left it at the default, 0.004 or something. Should have set it to 1.0 or even 5.0. Best to type in the spin angle.
