Alpha-Hmm. I'm working from memory some what. Oviously there is a lamp which I was attempting to use as a light source ( I'd hoped it would be a secondary one). It was about 10-12 feet away - and it's the eventual white spot in the far upper left. There is a second light from the top about two and a half feet away BUT aparently it didn't do that much. Strange. The subject collection is about a foot wide and I took the picture about 15 inches feet from them. The mirror is maybe four inches behind them tops. Probably 3 inches. I hope this does it. Syyd-Thanks. I have huge action figure collection. Can never get enough. Constantly stopping myself. I've seen the Edward Sisorhands. Not quite sure what to do with one. That reminds me I was going to make another robot and action figure picture. Thanks for the reminder. Marshmallow-I'm not quite sure. I think making models is more fun-depends of the subject or either. In general, I think photography and model building clicks about 90 percent of the same pleasure centers but I feel more creative with model building and photography to me captures experiences and memories which I could loose. Besides I've been building models for almost 3 decades. WOW. I gained an interest in photography about three or four years afer I built my first model. Can you convince him to forward the soldier to me. Or better yet just post it!! I would like to see it. Bsteph
