I would agree with dlfurman.  Reciecup has put out some amazing Afro skin textures, both free and for purchase. 

@NoelCan: VSS is more skin texture enhancement than skin editor.  Although color tint can be manipulated and changed, it is not quite the same as having an actual texture map to supply the tone.  It can be effectively done but the trial and error would be very time consuming.
