Okay, done already! I can't wait to get started. I also read the tutorials by Bushi earlier tonight (http://bushi3d.com) and they complimented each other nicely. Bushi explained the PHI editing a bit more in depth, but you covered more of my personal questions and explained the overall process much more thoroughly (i.e. the CR2 tutorial, joints).
