There are some pre-made animations in PZ2 form (animated pose)
which are instantly compatible with Poser. Look in the freestuff here,
or at Daz3D, or at ShareCG.com.
There are many animations available in BVH form. Poser has an
option to use BVH files, but it's not always a good fit, often requiring
fiddles and tweaks. Google will lead you to plenty of free BVH files.
