(stewer)> Quote - If you installed the 64bit version of Pro 2010 on a 64bit Windows, then everything except the library runs in 64bit, automatically.
Oh, this has changed since Poser Pro and I hadn't noticed. So I just tried clicking the camera-shaped render button and yep, it engages FFRender64. A good change. ^^
(Vestmann)> Quote - Hmmm, I'm using Vista 64bit and I'm having problems with rendering. If I have separate process box checked or if use the background renderer I get the "FFRender Application has stopped working" message. How can I see which renderer Poser is using?
I don't understand why the 32bit engine (FFRender) would be attempting to run. Open the Task Manager (hold CTRL-Shift-Esc simultaneously)* and look in the processes tab for either FFRender or FFRender64.
Anyone have an idea about Vestmann's situation?
* Or mouse down to the task bar at the bottom of the screen, right-click to get a pop-up menu, and select Task Manager.
Poser 12, in feet.
