I know that creating artificial skin textures hasn't met with heaps of success, but I might have a go with that... it's bound to be heaps faster than trying to clean up poorly photographed skin... by "poorly photographed" I don't mean to bag the photographers, but making a photograph in any lighting is going to create skin with artefacts at the worst possible places that are going to be difficult to deal with by anyone but a skilled image manipulator (to which group I do not belong).
