IMO the poser community has changed from people who started to explore 3D and played around to find new ways to use the existing figures and to modify them to a "Fast Food Community", that wants a solution out of the box. Taking a base figure, adding a character, some or none clothing, a sword and a ready made pose in front of a DM background and they can start to render.

The good thing is, due to the fast growing community the number of figures is growing and the old fashioned guys and gals have time to fiddel around with figures like Antonia, no out of the box solution but a child of the community.
