Somehow I doubt that I'll spread confusion, but I will try to use the trademarked name from now on.  

Maybe it's something with the Windows 7 system and PoserPro 2010 then.  I'll try to contact Smith Micro next week when I have another day off.   This is quite annoying in that it makes setting lights far harder than it has to be.
