You can try to hide some minor problems with a nice transition or even cut in the video editor. Thats where I try to synchronise sound.   I used to use sony vegas movie (the $90 version) which has multiple video and audio tracks. 

Audacity is free and will let you merge two sound files.  There are probably others. I have never used sound files in Poser.
