I had no idea what you were talking about until I realized you meant suit. A suite is generally shorthand for a package of something or other.

I'm afraid what you're asking for isn't likely possible. M3 and V4 are not based on the same mesh, ergo neither is a morph of the other, and it's highly questionable you could make morphing clothing that could be shared between them. That's even aside from the difference in rigging, which is probably even more significant than that of the mesh itself.
