Let's be clear: you asked about a suit with morph targets for both M4 and V3. I'm pretty sure that is not possible. But CrossDresser and Wardrobe Wizard can convert an item of clothing. That's not the same thing - it will create a whole different outfit for the corresponding character, not just  morph targets.
