First off, I think a beginners gallery is a very good idea. Not only does it reduce our fits of depression, but it will be fun later on down the road to see how we have progressed in our work. Next: yeah, I'll go out on the limb and post. But I just saw the "What's New" ones, and lets just say mine doesnt compare by any respect. ;) I was using the Dork, so theres more work in Photoshop done than Poser. Its a self-image (and a pretty $#!++y one at that), but what can one expect for a meer cumlative 3 hours worth of work? At least I think the idea behind the image is cool. It was made for outside my cubicle at work, and in all honesty, it was to show off a resemblance of myself to my co-workers, just enough to get a "thats cool!" from them. And once you see it (and keep in mind that this was made for a work enviroment), I think you'll get the underlying joke to the picture. That, and laugh at how pathetic it is. If you still want me to post, I will, but I'd really appreciate someone else posting a bad one too. Misery loves company. Just reply to this thread saying, "dammit! I'm with you man!" and I'll post it. ;) PS - I have some real characters now, with some real good ideas, and some real work forming, so dont think that my image is the extent of my abilities. Okay? Please?? Thaaaaaaaank yoouuuu..... ;)
