Quote - Poser 8 does not need a dummy file.  Only the Pro versions do.  Take the advice of the above posts and use the DAZ Studio installer choice.

I had to make them for Poser 7 until I started using the DS Installer.  For Poser 8 I haven't installed any DAZ content yet.  Still have the free base for the Kids 4 but I've been working on a project and haven't installed them yet.
