OK, I think you can get better results by adjusting your specular settings. With the  Glossiness "more is less", but the key is to get the right combination of Glossiness and Intensity for Specular. Try setting glossiness to between 86- 88 (a little is a lot here), and Strength to 30-40.

It also looks like your Specular color might be a light color as well (tan - or shin colored)? if so you might try darkening it ia bit.

Edit: You will also need to increase your bump values for poser mats. 80-90% typically works well.
