Nah ;o). It's just gonna take some time, that's all :o).
Your best way is to just open up Poser and play. Familiarize yourself with the interface, what each thing does. This place is for asking questions, so when you have one you want to ask, just post and ask....lol. Most of us have been playing with this program for years ;o).

Just PLAY! I understand the stuff you wanna do and you wanna do it now, but as you play you learn the rules. As a one time teacher taught, "You have to learn the rules, before you break them." I also appreciate the difference between visual learning rather than reading tutorials, but do avail yourself of the material from Dr. Geep.
