For WinXP it's:
C:Documents and Settings"User Name"Start MenuProgramsStartup
where "User Name" is your name. I have no idea where it might be in Win 7 or if Win 7 will allow something to run at start-up... I can't afford Win 7 atm so I'm sorry I can't help you.
