Yes you can use Photoshop plugins in Bryce, in the Terrain/Lattice editor and the materials lab. But I'm not talking about those kind of plugins, what I'm talking about are plugins that add features to the program itself, like exporting Flash or a plugin for different water effects. In other major 3D programs there many plugins to expand them, and let them do extra things. Plugins can add whole new features to a program, even Carrara has many plugins available for it. Photoshop plugins are not the same kind of thing, they are just for graphic manipulation.A far as using Photoshop pluigns in Bryce, in the terrain editor click the filtering tab, and under the righthand window there;s a little triangle(click it) and choose your Photoshop plugins directory,and you'll be able to use your plugins to make different terrains and lattices.
