There are alot of really good tutorials out there for that, but before you go there, with any of your downloads were there instructions on where to place those files? Take a look at those first, look for the readme.txt file, then you can go to lots of places, try www.poserarcana.com they have a nice section and then check their links, also go to CuriousLabs community, they list some too.
