The simple answer:

Load V4
Load BV Hair
Conform BV Hair to V4
Select BV Hair "Body"
Adjust scale to 111%
Adjust y-scale to 82%
Render

You may have to touch up a few details, but in my experience you usually have to anyway. This may not be perfect, but it will work. (I like this hair too!)
