Be aware...I located the previous posting referencing the AMD website where the newest driver for the ATI cards can be downloaded.  I downloaded and installed this updated driver and my entire system locked during the reboot and would not start again.  Thankfully the new recovery systems available in Win7 managed to boot in safemode and automatically roll back to my previous driver for me.

I do not know what problems this new driver implemented, but I think I'll stick with Sree3D for now and to hell with OpenGL.  Not worth a system headache just to use it for previews.

Anyway, just wanted to warn you folks if you're having this problem as well, be careful when you attempt the update.
