Open the hierarchy editor , and place all the props into the proper hierarchy . Then select the base part of the props and use the create figure button near the bottom to create a figure.

If you do it right you should be able to have the steering operate. You might need to hide a lot of the dials.

Anither way is to parent all the parts and export it as one group. That should combine all the objs into one.
