You can't expect to learn in mere days and weeks what it took some of us months and years to learn (meaning that 200 buck program)....lol. If you just want Poser to "work" and not have to tweak anything, look for anything for the current Daz figures. There's tons of stuff and it's more or less just load, pose and render.
