When you run a DAZ installer, you have to choose the Poser Library into which you want the product installed. When it shows the install folder, click the Browse button and select the location of your main content library (that you decided on when you installed Poser 8). Make sure you select the parent folder of the Runtime folder.

If you just let the installer do its thing without choosing the correct install location, goodness only knows where it will put them.
