I actually gave a slightly harsh critique of a terrible picture. And another guy who knew the person that made the pic, gave it a 10 (think it was a 10) to "upp the rating" for his friend. Personally I think that the rating system is a good, but misused/abused. I see pictures that get 10's and 9's just because the artists friends think he did an awesome job and they like to encourage eachother. I have personally started clicking the 'no rating' box. The article on how-to-critique sounds like a good idea though. I'd like to read something like that.
