One thing I don't like is that they only offer streaming video so you won't be able to download the videos you buy.
I found a great site that offers free tutorials similar to those I wanted from RetouchCreative:

I followed one of them to create this piece:
It didn't turn out exactly how I wanted but the technique presented in the tutorial is pretty advanced.
