The only suggestion I can make regarding realistic skin is using Bagginsbill VSSProp.  It contains a skin template which can convert ordinary skin texture into spectacular realistic skin.

Eyebrows can be problem.  Most, if not all, are painted texture maps with displacement masks to give the resemblence of actual hair.  Hair can be grown in Poser's Hair room, however, it will take time to pose and style it the way you would like.

Artemis is pointing you in the right direction, but I think your particular specification might not be met.
