OK, a couple of questions to figure out what's happening...

First, do you have the Millennium Dragon LE that came with the starter bundle?

Second, did you apply textures to the Dragon before you rendered?  Basically, after you load the Dragon, you have to go to Pose>MAT Millennium Dragon to apply the textures.
