Come to think of it, cars on Jupiter couldn't be "methane-powered".
Since the whole atmosphere is methane, the only way to get combustion
would be to carry oxygen as fuel. And since the whole planet is
gaseous, you couldn't have vehicles with wheels anyway. Oh well.
