Subject: need help loading the girl 4 into poser pro

I just got poser pro 2010 just a couple days ago, and I've been trying to reinstall everything I had on my old poser 8.

When I tried to install the girl 4, I get up to the part where I'm supposed to specify a directory destination, but when I hit next, a warning message pops up saying "the girl 4 must be installed to the same directory as the application executable". I have set the setup to install into the same folder as the poserpro.exe, but it still gives me the same message, no matter where I try to install it.

Does anyone have any ideas to help get around this problem?

Go to the directory where you have installed PP2010 and create a file called poser.exe. It can either be a dummy file, or just copy poserpro.exe to poser.exe. Either of these will "fool" the idiot Daz installer and it will install the product.

When I try that it gives me a dependency error, saying "the required file has NOT been found."

Does anyone have any other idea?

Do you have Victoria 4 installed? The girl is simply a morph set for V4.
