I apologize for the inconvenience. I think something corrupted during the install. I suspect that is why you are getting all these weird issues. I would try and fully uninstall Poser Pro 2010 and delete preferences, etc....

I then would reboot, and run a Clean Reinstall in Diagnostics Mode using MSCONFIG.

Verify that it is installing to your Program Files Folder and the Content is installing to your Shared Folder.

You did not indicate where you live, but if you live in the US, please include a Phone Number and time (including Time Zone) when you can be in front of the computer, in case a call is warranted.

If you have any questions about the Clean Reinstall, please let me know.

Thanks

Do you have the 64 Bit Version of Poser Pro 2010 installed?

Yes I do.

The fact you have it installed to the x86 Program Files Folder indicates you are using the 32 Bit Version.

I had no idea! Because I did choose the 'no 32 bits files' when I installed!

The 64 Bit should be in the Program Files Folder, under Smith Micro.

The program has choose the path. Not I.

Also, do you have IE 8 installed?

Yes, it's part of Win 7! I did not uninstall...is here but I don't use.
Only when I wanted to make updates manually to Win 7, I do need IE9.

What now?

Hi,
Browsers:I use Chrome, Firefox and Safari all updated every 15 days if there's any! So these are newly update. I don't use IE since Firefox arrived!
My Poser is on default C:Program Files (x86)Smith MicroPoser Pro 2010
My Runtimes additional are in external hard drive (WD Notebook)which is connected to desktop 24/7. I:3DLandProgram FilesPoser Pro

I can use a scene with 300 dpi,and Manual Firefly which will give me the best 'look' on the render I wish.
I also can use a default render and the same happens! When making an animation.
Look:     squeker.jpg
That simple rat with 2 movements in 30 frames to be render in Flash did stopped the Poser as you can see in the image; again.jpg
The point is; Cloth room and Flash animation won't work as it should for fine program that is working on 64 bits!

Screen Shot of your Render Settings,Look: sett.jpg ( Now when I touch the 'options' button to change to better colors etc.. that happens, Look: again.jpg
Later it did render the animation but only at 4 colors because I did not touch the 'option' button.
I say, when the program stops, I 'm obliged to close it the Library stays on the screen without closing with the program! I have to close it alone by clicking into it and closing.
Screen Shot of your General Preferences Render Tab Settings and Screen Shot of your General Preferences Library Settings, Look:      gprefe.jpg | gpreftab.jpg | gpref-tab.jpg |gpref-tab1.jpg | gpreftab-2.jpg

I apologize for the difficulties. This could be due to some settings. To better assist you, please provide some details on the Scene (Figures and Content Used), Screen Shot of your Render Settings, Screen Shot of your General Preferences Render Tab Settings, Screen Shot of your General Preferences Library Settings, along with the following additional details...

5.)    Full path to your Poser Program Folder if other than default
6.)    Full path to your Runtimes
7.)    Internet Browser and version number (the library now uses browser functionality)  If you use other than IE on Windows please include the Version Details for IE

Thanks

Hello,
I'm totally disappointed with your final product! The PoserPro is acting as a Beta! I'm having the 'freezing' issue as many I try something that is not in the 'main menu' (to say in the beginner normal user)
Example.

   * making use of the Cloth Room....happens it takes forever and sometimes even stops all and I'm obliged to re-start the software.
   * using the animation settings, I try to use FLASH as option instead of AVI and stops all and I'm obliged to re-start the software. Look the picture.

Annoying and very beta behavior!
I wonder what you're going to do about it?
I already lost many of my works because the software doesn't have a 'last minute' save.
