My guess is that you have closed P2010 while it was minimized, probably with several of the windows undocked.
Open the program, after the interface minimizes, right click on the Poser icon in the task bar (it should have the poser icon and say Untitled - Smith Micro), then left click on Maximize.
Everything should be fine.
