Well, the ASUS has XP and my Dell mini has Windows7.

I think Windows 7 starter pack is the way to go. With the Windows 7 readyboost on a FAST SD card, all apps runs very well on the DELL. (It takes a week or 2, up to a month, for readyboost to realy cick-in. Then the speed increase becomes obvious.)

Only downside is the screen resolution that is a mere 1024x600 (on all those 10" netbooks). That is small for Poser, but doable. Personally I would go for at least a 12" screen. Still a small package but those have a sreen of 1366x728 (and go for the 2GB RAM). And most are single core dual treat.

PS, The Wifi on the Dell is better then on the ASUS.(on mine anyway)
