I am inclined to agree with the others, difficult to implement and difficult to enforce.  However, those who do peruse the marketplace are probably old enough to own their own credit card and make unsupervised purchases.  There is, perhaps, nothing shocking in the marketplace that you wouldn't see advertised on public television.

Fair enough, I will stop asking questions.  I'm only curious but if it causes offence or irritation I'm not into that.
