Re M3, I have been able to get a modicum of success by applying Corvas' fix for M3 (available at RMP), and then making his deltoids a bit bigger.

Out of the box, his deltoids are weak and sagging, which along with the armpit and drinking-straw elbow make him look like a praying mantis.
