I'm trying to recreate a costume from American television, in the late '60's. The spangled material is supposed to resemble lurex, a stretch fabric which has metallic fibers woven into it. It isn't quite correct - the metallic fibers should reflect the color of the light, causing the material to seemingly change color in different lighting conditions. But it generally looks pretty good.
Here's the shader, if you want it. No texture maps, only nodes. (Note: Cage does not know how to make "correct" shaders, only those which sort of look the right way. Someone who knows shaders on a mathematical level would probably look at this and see that it's all kinds of wrong. :lol:)

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below. His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.
