Almost Perfectly means that sometimes the parameters and library windows are hidden, but closing and reopening them from the menu fixes it-I've had it do that in Windows occasionally.

The source needs to be patched using my modified patch from post #13 in the bug report.  I haven't tried it with Wine later than 1.1.26, because Poser 8 came out. When I compile it I don't install it, running it from the source directory it via  ./wine 'c:/path to /Poser.exe'

It needs to be run using Allow Window Manager to decorate and control windows, and with Virtual desktop disabled in winecfg...
