Quote - PS: Wings seems to disagree, though. I had some pretty neat modifications done, and it refused to let me save them. Well, I guess if I can do it once, I can do it again...

Oh, man.  I hate it when that happens.  :cursing:  Modo did something similar to me while I was painting bump maps, yesterday.  Set me off on a nice little rant, that did.

The changes sound great!  :woot:  Access to Antonia WIP files would be interesting, too.  :thumbupboth:

Quote - I just had to try the shader from cage.
So I used it on the BeachVolleyBall set and this is the result.
And I also used BB's soft Studio Lights set which is for P8 but it does okay in P7. :)

Nice one!   I think the render reveals that I tend to use brighter, higher-contrast lighting setups than those that seem to be popular.  😊  You might want to tinker with the lurex shader a bit, to get it to respond to the lower light levels with a bit more shininess.

I've toned down my lights a lot, recently, but I still haven't quite gotten behind the newer standards which Bagginsbill and others have been bringing to the fore.  I know they're more "correct", but they look too flat, to me.   (Which says something about my strange aesthetic sense, not the quality of the lights.  I like things garish, and perhaps a bit cartoony.  Heh.)  So unfortunately most of my shaders are designed for brighter lights, including the skin....

Quote - This alone makes me want Antonia!

Thanks, guys.

The character is coming together, but there are a couple of snags, with the idea of sharing it exactly as shown.

First, there's the shader issue, mentioned above.  All of my shaders are designed using my own idiosyncratic lighting setups, which tend to be bright.  Not a big issue, but others may not get the same kind of results, with the current standard lighting sets.

Second, I'm still using some elements from Antonia 118, in the character.  The 118 body morphs have been withdrawn from public distribution, and I'm not sure I can effectively recreate all of the shaping, with my limited morphing skills.  😊

I'm also still using the wonderful "BE4Antonia-Brow-Trans.jpg" which shipped with Antonia 118, for the eyebrows.  As far as I can tell, this hasn't been made available for later versions of Antonia.  I'm finding that the specific shape of the eyebrows, created by this transparency, is really quite important to fully capturing the intended likeness of the character.

Finally, I can't share any of the expression morphs I've used, because they were ported from Victoria 3, using the morph transfer script.

If anyone who made items which were included with Antonia 118 is still reading the thread, pleasepleaseplease, can these things be shared for the newer Antonia versions?  They all still work, and I'm finding these things quite useful.  :thumbupboth:

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking.  He apologizes for this.  He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.
