To use it sporadically, you would simply go to http://github.com/odf/antonia (when it exists) and then click the link that says 'Download Source'. That would give you a zip file that you could install in the usual way.

For someone who wanted to stay up-to-date continuously and possibly even upload suggestions for changes, it might be useful to install and learn git, but that's beyond the scope of this thread, as they say.
