Subject: DIY Softbox

Hello guys,
I'm making my own softbox and I was wondering what color I should spray paint the interior to reflect the most light possible. Should I use silver/chrome paint or gold? Will the gold make the light more tungsten?

I find white to be best reflecting light.

Maybe you can use some spray glue and glue some aluminum foil to the inside?

I'd go with silver with a white cover - change the colour of the cover to change the light colour if needed... (there is always white-balancing) more so if it is your only light source.

If you are competing with the sun then it might be a whole other story.  I'd check http://strobist.blogspot.com for more advice on this one...

I painted mine white and so far it's working very well.  I use mine inside though.
