In this case, there is a small problem with Ryan and his new do.  If I tilt Ryan's head in either direction, the hair will not follow.  I purposely omitted that illustration, I would like you to try it on your own.  The nature of this hair piece is to conform to Ryan's head, not parent. 

How do I do that?  Look at the illustration above.  You have a pull down menu under Figure in the taskbar, and if you follow that menu down, you see conform to...  You must have the hairpiece selected for this next trick to happen.
