Well, I'm certainly willing to share what I have learned through trial and error, but it's not likely to help you much.

My biggest problem was in creating some freebie clothes for the figure mixed teen - in which case there was no obj file, no cr2 file, no nothing to work from.  So a lot of these tools are even more confusing because there are some basic assumptions made about what you have available to work with.

I ended up creating my own obj and cr2 files in order to use the tools.  That, alone, was a nightmare with no documentation to assist.
